What is a lace front wig?
Lace front wigs have a section of lace that runs from the top section of the wig where the hair is parted, all the way down to your ears following the hairline. The hair fibres are hand tied to this entire section creating a natural and realistic look. The lace section is designed to mimic the look of hairs growing from your scalp, meaning you are able to achieve the most natural look possible.
 
Are the wigs made from real hair?
Our wigs are made from Premium Synthetic Fibres. Our synthetic hair is soft, light and heat resistant up to 180 degrees!
 
Are the wigs heat safe?
Our wigs are heat resistant up to 180 degrees, although we would recommend using your hot tools on 160 degrees if possible, to help prolong the life of your wig!
 
Do I need to wash my wig?
It’s totally up to you! Washing you wig is not a must, but it will make it smell and feel fresh. It will also help to remove any leftover residue from the permanent colour and styling processes that the wigs go through in manufacturing. If you decide to wash your wig we recommend using baby shampoo followed by fabric softener (in the place of conditioner) in a bowl/tub of cool water. Do I need to use a glue or adhesive to secure my wig?
It’s totally up to you! Glue isn’t required as our wigs have three slide combs and adjustable elastic at the back to ensure a snug fit. However, securing your wig with a glue or adhesive will ensure it stays in place all day long. We recommend using spirit gum or Schwarzkopf’s got2b glued.
 
Can I adjust the part on my wig?

How long will my wig last?
The life of your wig is dependent on how you care for it. We recommend storing your wig in a cool, dark place (such as your closet) between uses. You may also want to invest in a wig stand or hanger to keep your wig looking voluminous and help keep it’s shape . We also recommend that you wash your wig every few wears for that fresh look and feel. For more information on washing your wig, click here.
 
Will my wig tangle?
Synthetic wigs can tangle, but with proper care you will be able to avoid this! Synthetic hair fibres don’t have the benefits of natural oils from your scalp to help keep the hair silky and tangle free, so a little TLC is required to keep your wig looking brand new!
Applying a wig spray conditioner in between uses and brushing your wig regularly will keep your wig soft, smooth and tangle free!
 
How long does shipping take?

Can I exchange or return my wig?
